About the role
The Emirati Graduate Program is a full‑time, two‑city opportunity in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, launching in June 2026. Participants will rotate across Audit, Tax, or Consulting (Technology, Finance, Risk) to work on real client challenges and contribute to deliverables from day one.
Required profile
- Emirati national holding a Family Book.
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proactive problem‑solver with high professional integrity.
- Excellent presentation skills and fluency in Arabic and English.
