Emirati Segment Manager – Esaad & Fazaa

About the role

The Emirati Segment Manager will lead the development and execution of value propositions for the Esaad and Fazaa programmes, driving market share and revenue growth within the UAE Emirati market. This role requires end‑to‑end ownership of the portfolio, close collaboration with loyalty schemes, and alignment with brand, communications and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sub‑segment needs and usage behaviour to tailor customer value propositions.
• Design and launch sub‑segment propositions in partnership with loyalty schemes such as Fazaa and Esaad.
• Create go‑to‑market strategies, communication briefs and campaign plans with brand, product and sales channels.
• Manage acquisition, onboarding and adoption journeys, coordinating with C&C, Sales, Customer Operations and Channel CX.
• Collaborate with government relations and enterprise teams to secure new organisational deals and exclusive propositions.
• Track and report KPIs including gross adds, ARPU, churn, revenue, margin, market share and NPS for the Emirati segment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in segment marketing, telecom propositions or related account management.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
