Employee Communications Video & Photography Intern

About the role

We are looking for a creative intern to produce employee‑facing video and photography content for internal communications at Emirates Flight Catering. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to capture, edit and distribute high‑quality visual stories that support our brand and corporate initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit professional videos for employee communications, campaigns and events.
• Capture high‑quality photography for internal channels and corporate campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts, shot lists and storyboards for video projects.
• Film interviews, operational footage, events and employee stories.
• Edit videos with pacing, captions, graphics, music and transitions.
• Select, edit and prepare photos for use across internal communication platforms.
• Ensure all content follows company brand and visual standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable content.
• Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Film, Media, Photography, Digital Content, Communications or a related field.
• Strong video filming, photography and editing abilities.
• Experience using professional cameras and video equipment.
• Proficiency with video and photo editing software.
• Excellent eye for composition, lighting, storytelling and visual quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, confident working with employees at all levels.
• Strong time‑management, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, eager to learn and open to feedback.
• Portfolio or examples of previous video and photography work preferred.
