Employee Experience Consultant – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Employee Experience Consultant to lead the design and delivery of employee experience, engagement, culture and EVP programmes for a large public‑sector organisation in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with senior leaders to assess the current landscape, identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives that drive a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive employee experience strategy, framework and roadmap.
• Lead experience initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
• Drive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development, activation and measurement.
• Conduct culture assessments and support transformation programmes.
• Own employee listening programmes, including surveys, pulse checks and focus groups.
• Design and implement engagement, wellbeing and recognition programmes.
• Analyse workforce insights and translate findings into actionable improvement plans.

Required profile

• Native or business‑fluent Arabic speaker.
• 10+ years of experience in employee experience, engagement, culture, EVP or HR transformation.
• Proven track record delivering engagement surveys, culture diagnostics and experience strategies.
• Strong influence with executive‑level stakeholders and change‑management capability.
• Bachelor’s degree plus a professional HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM or equivalent).
• Experience in government, semi‑government or large complex organisations is highly desirable.
