Employee Experience Lead

About the role

Paramount Computer Systems is looking for an Employee Experience Lead to own all aspects of human capital operations. The role covers talent acquisition and onboarding, employee relations, performance enablement, learning and development, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong HR background, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and manage a team.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business objectives.
• Maintain personnel records, ensure payroll complies with statutory requirements, and run regular surveys and feedback sessions to measure employee satisfaction.
• Work with internal stakeholders to recognise and reward employee achievements.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management and implement strategies that improve the employee experience.
• Keep up with trends and best practices in the employee life cycle and foster a lively work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management roles.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and procedures.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance enablement and HR compliance.
