TA Sourcing Lead

About the role

EDGE, an advanced technology group headquartered in the UAE, is looking for a TA Sourcing Lead in Abu Dhabi. The role owns the company's sourcing channels, talent pools and pipelines, and acts as subject matter expert on sourcing technologies, talent signals, market intelligence and talent engagement. It covers priority 1 strategic and complex sourcing, white-glove sourcing for senior roles, priority 2 escalated technical and executive referrals, and works closely with outsourced service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Own, develop and nurture enterprise sourcing channels, pipelines and modular talent pools across all EDGE clusters and entities
• Ensure pipelines, pools and referrals are deployed group-wide, and own sourcing SLAs, KPIs and executive reporting
• Lead complex priority and escalated sourcing assignments and provide white-glove sourcing and referral management for EDGE leadership
• Define sourcing methodologies, channel strategies and tool standards, and lead proactive pipeline strategy for critical role families including zero-day hiring
• Deliver market intelligence and talent insights, partner with vendor management on OSP/RPO capacity planning, and coach sourcing specialists
• Cultivate talent pipelines through bespoke and templated employer branding and value propositions

Required profile

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition sourcing across multiple channels (referral generation, deep talent research, prompt engineering, Boolean, AI tools, OSINT, sourcing signals)
• Proven delivery of business-critical sourcing assignments and experience partnering with OSP/RPO suppliers
• Expertise in relationship building, career marketing and employer branding
• Ability to coach and mentor, and experience managing executive stakeholders and project management

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
• Talent market intelligence and sourcing signal development
• Preferred: sourcing playbooks, workforce planning and data analytics, enterprise project leadership, CRM, and AI-driven sourcing tools
