Talent Acquisition Executive (Catering)

About the role

A catering company in Dubai is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in the catering business to manage recruitment and mobilization of manpower. The role covers both overseas blue-collar workers and in-country white-collar employees, and supports high-volume recruitment needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for overseas blue-collar employees
• Recruit in-country white-collar employees based on business requirements
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews and selection
• Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers
• Manage candidate documentation, recruitment follow-ups and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate the full mobilization process so candidates are deployed within required timelines
• Follow up with candidates through recruitment and joining, and coordinate with internal teams on manpower needs and joining dates

Required profile

• Strong experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Experience recruiting overseas blue-collar manpower and in-country white-collar employees
• Catering industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment and mobilization highly preferred
• Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to meet joining deadlines
