Employee Welfare & Relations Coordinator

About the role

The Employee Welfare & Relations Coordinator provides frontline operational support to staff and business units across the UAE, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with UAE labour law. This role acts as the first point of contact for site staff, handling day‑to‑day welfare and relations queries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records in Oracle, including disciplinary actions, resignations, and leaves.
• Respond to staff queries via the Employee Service Portal (ESP) within defined SLAs.
• Investigate and document accommodation‑related incident reports and issue outcome letters.
• Ensure disciplinary actions follow company policy and UAE labour legislation.
• Escalate policy or legal violations to the line manager promptly.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and staff satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling high volumes of employee cases.
• Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret HR data and spot trends.
• Good knowledge of UAE employment laws and HR compliance.
