Engineering Draftsman – Technical Drawings

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Draftsman to support SNOC’s Engineering Department by preparing, updating, and controlling technical drawings across operational assets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and revise engineering drawings, including P&IDs, PFDs, layouts, piping drawings, isometrics, electrical diagrams, and instrument drawings.
• Update drawings following approved modifications, site mark‑ups, project requirements and Management of Change (MOC) activities.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision records, controlled copies and engineering documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with technical, quality, document‑control and HSSE requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Projects, vendors and Document Control teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Engineering Drafting, CAD or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of drafting experience, preferably in oil and gas, energy, EPC, industrial or plant operations.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, revision control, document management systems and MOC processes.
• High attention to detail, effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
