About the role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the multidisciplinary engineering team for a large wastewater treatment and pipeline construction project in Ras Al Khaimah.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team covering process, pipeline, civil, and survey disciplines.
- Oversee hydraulic calculations, pump station selection, and treatment process design.
- Ensure design drawings comply with local authority submission requirements.
- Coordinate design consultants with construction teams and make major technical decisions.
- Guarantee deliverables meet environmental compliance for TSE reuse and discharge limits.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- At least 15 years total experience with a minimum of 5 years in a similar managerial position.
- Preference for candidates with experience in wastewater treatment and pipeline construction.
