Engineering Manager – Jumeirah Mina Al Salam

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering operations at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, one of the luxury outlets within the Madinat Jumeirah resort. The role focuses on managing building management systems (BMS) and ensuring the efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing services.

Key responsibilities

• Program and manage BMS to control temperature, lighting and other building facilities.
• Plan, coordinate and execute BMS upgrades, re‑programming and hardware/software installations to improve energy efficiency.
• Organise preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems through the BMS platform.
• Monitor BMS performance data, identify operational improvements and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure BMS compliance with operational standards and maintain system functionality.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of relevant engineering experience.
• Proven ability to manage building management systems in a hospitality environment.
