Engineering Trainee – MEA Region (1-year Fixed-term)

About the role

This one‑year Engineering Trainee position supports regional engineering operations across the Middle East & Africa (MEA). The role focuses on building a component matrix for client GIS substations while developing technical analysis and business skills under mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Support services engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring compliance with standards, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as MEA Parts Hub, sales and operations, and assist in preparing technical documentation.
• Participate in site visits, inspections and other on‑site activities when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electromechanical, Energy or related engineering discipline.
• Strong academic record, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); UAE nationals are preferred.
• Fresh graduate or graduated within the last two years; internship or co‑op experience is a plus.
