English Teacher – High/Secondary (UK Curriculum)

About the role

International Community Schools – Al Manhal Campus is seeking a dedicated English Teacher for its High/Secondary students. You will join a vibrant English and Literature department delivering the UK curriculum in a supportive international community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that develop reading, writing, speaking and literary analysis skills.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback aligned with UK standards.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership to support student achievement.
• Participate in continuous professional development and school events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (minimum requirement).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an English language setting.
• Strong knowledge of the UK secondary curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to inclusive and ethical teaching practices.
