Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Elastic is looking for a senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive adoption of its AI‑powered search, observability and security platform across new mid‑market accounts in Dubai. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on acquiring new logos.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Elastic’s search, observability and security solutions in new and existing accounts.
• Develop and execute territory business plans leveraging community, partner and customer ecosystems.
• Navigate complex sales cycles, using MEDDPICC qualification to target high‑confidence deals.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to accelerate deals.

Required profile

• Proven track record of SaaS subscription sales in large strategic or public‑sector accounts.
• Strong focus on acquiring new logos with demonstrated over‑achievement.
• Ability to craft technical value stories linking Elastic’s capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
• Executive negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.

Required skills

• Cloud economics and usage‑based pricing knowledge.
• Understanding of search, observability, security and AI technologies.
• Familiarity with vector and traditional search concepts.
• Comfort discussing cloud cost optimization.
