Enterprise Account Executive Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional, ideally with open source experience, who will be selling into global enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia. The Enterprise Account Executive will be integral to our growth plan and in acquiring new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Kong Enterprise Platform to enterprise customers.
• Meet individual quota and objectives.
• Take ownership of your book of business, including understanding buying criteria, pipeline accuracy, and closing leads.
• Provide account leadership in pre‑ and post‑sales processes and contribute to win/loss analysis.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

Required profile

• A true desire to see customers benefit from the investment they make with Kong.
• Extensive regional experience selling to enterprise customers in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience selling enterprise software; experience with open source, APIs, and/or infrastructure software is a plus.
• Ability to leverage established relationships and employ proven sales techniques.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Motivated, driven and results‑oriented mindset.
• Structured approach to sales and pipeline generation.
• Bonus: experience within a fast‑moving scale‑up.
