Enterprise Architecture Lead

About the role

We are partnering with a leading UAE institution that is building a digital‑first, AI‑enabled financial services organization. As the Enterprise Architecture Lead, you will shape the technology architecture, define standards, and guide the future‑state landscape of a regulated financial services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise‑wide technology landscape, architecture standards, and integration patterns.
• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of Enterprise Architecture capabilities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and strong control standards.
• Shape and support the organization’s technology strategy and future‑state architecture roadmap.
• Continuously improve architecture processes, procedures, records, and governance practices.
• Identify and promptly escalate risks and issues to maintain strong operational control.
• Support audits, reviews, and regulatory requests within a regulated financial services environment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on Enterprise Architecture experience, including team leadership.
• Background in banking, financial services, or another regulated environment.
• Proven track record delivering Enterprise Architecture capabilities to production quality.
• Strong understanding of technology strategy, integration patterns, and enterprise‑wide architecture governance.
• Ability to maintain high standards across quality, delivery, controls, and documentation.
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and risk‑related activities.
