Enterprise Sales Executive GCC

About the role

UiPath is hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive based in Dubai to work with top enterprise accounts across the UAE and GCC countries. The sales team works daily with C-level executives and business leaders, as well as heads of process improvement and automation, to deliver business and individual value to client organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze territory and market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within the quarterly schedule.
• Promote and sell UiPath solutions using a value-selling approach, educating customers on financial and professional benefits.
• Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships in the territory.
• Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to drive customer implementations.
• Partner with the Customer Success Management group so customers receive maximum value and issues are resolved quickly.
• Monitor competitors, new products and market conditions, and supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activity.

Required profile

• Years of experience selling business solutions directly to top executives for large companies in the UAE and other GCC countries.
• Proven track record of reaching quota year over year and growing an enterprise client portfolio through new business and account expansion.
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply and to build trust with customers.
• High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externally.
• Willingness to travel, around 25%.
• Fluency in English.
