Environment Health & Safety Coordinator – UAE National

About the role

The Environment Health & Safety Coordinator will support the implementation of the hotel's EHS programs, ensuring a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace. This position works closely with all departments to identify hazards, maintain documentation and promote a strong safety culture across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the implementation of the hotel's Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS documentation, records and assist with incident reporting and investigations.
• Organise safety training, emergency preparedness activities, fire life‑safety programs and environmental initiatives.
• Monitor corrective actions and collaborate with all departments to reduce risks.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the property by communicating policies and best practices.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Ability to follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Clear and professional communication with employees, contractors and authorities.
• Physically able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Willingness to perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
