ERP Human Resources Senior Manager

About the role

Miral Experiences is looking for an experienced ERP Human Resources Senior Manager to own and evolve the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform. You will act as the HCM Product Owner, driving digital transformation across the employee lifecycle and ensuring the technology supports a seamless, engaging employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM product roadmap, backlog, release priorities and lifecycle.
• Lead transformation initiatives across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Workforce Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor and HR Help Desk.
• Prioritise business demand based on workforce value, employee experience, compliance, risk and delivery capacity.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, analytics, Oracle ME, Journeys, Redwood UX and self‑service capabilities.
• Govern HCM support, incidents, problems, service requests, enhancements, releases and changes to ensure operational stability.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with HR leadership, Enterprise Architecture, technical teams, Oracle and strategic partners to shape workforce technology strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing ERP HR solutions, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Strong functional ownership and strategic thinking across the full employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering large‑scale digital transformation and technology adoption projects.
