Europe Middle East Regional Market Manager – Systems & Filtration

About the role

DuPont Water Solutions is seeking a Regional Market Manager to lead the Systems & Filtration business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to the Global Marketing Leader, you will translate global strategy into actionable regional plans and drive growth in this critical water‑treatment segment.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt the global Systems & Filtration segment strategy to regional market conditions, defining where to play and how to win.
• Develop short‑term regional strategy packs for priority segments, outlining key applications, customer types, regulatory impacts and competitive dynamics.
• Own and execute regional activation plans, including demand‑generation campaigns, product launches, channel effectiveness programs and trade‑show participation.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Technology, MarCom and Global Segment Marketing to ensure alignment and measurable growth outcomes.
• Gather continuous voice‑of‑customer and competitive intelligence to refine tactics and inform product development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional marketing or commercial leadership within water‑treatment, filtration or related industrial sectors.
• Strong external focus with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills to partner with cross‑functional teams and commercial partners.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable growth in a complex, multi‑country environment.
