Event Manager – Technology & AI B2B Events

About the role

We are seeking an Event Manager to own the end‑to‑end cycle of high‑impact Technology and AI B2B events. You will plan, execute and evaluate a portfolio of executive breakfasts, roundtables, workshops, webinars and other business experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full event lifecycle from concept development through delivery and post‑event evaluation.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver owned B2B events, including executive breakfasts, roundtables, workshops and webinars.
• Collaborate with internal teams, speakers, sponsors, partners and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee event timelines, budgets, logistics, venues, production and onsite delivery.
• Support speaker and stakeholder management, including senior executives and industry leaders.
• Track event performance, gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end B2B events, conferences, exhibitions or corporate events.
• Mandatory experience delivering Technology, AI, digital or innovation‑focused events.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, speakers, partners and suppliers.
