Events Marketing Executive (Campaign Middle East)

About the role

Motivate Media Group is seeking a dynamic Events Marketing Executive to support the Events Marketing Manager in promoting and executing high‑profile regional events such as the What’s On Nightlife Awards, Campaign ME Conferences, and Gulf Business Awards. This hands‑on role blends event coordination with multi‑channel marketing to drive attendance, sponsorship visibility, and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, print, barter and third‑party platforms.
• Support ticket and table sales, sponsorship activation, and audience engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate guest invitations, RSVPs, seating plans and maintain event databases for gala events.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event communications.
• Help secure media partnerships, barter deals and third‑party promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare weekly activity reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with editorial, design and sales teams to align marketing assets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of UAE experience in event marketing or communications.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, especially social media and email campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills (Arabic a plus).
• High attention to detail, strong organisational abilities and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during event periods.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude; UAE driving licence is a plus.
