Events Marketing Manager - Campaign Middle East

About the role

Motivate Media Group is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to support its dynamic events portfolio across the Middle East. You will work closely with the events team to plan, promote and execute high‑profile award ceremonies, conferences and experiential programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies for all Motivate events.
• Create multi‑channel marketing campaigns (print, PR, digital, social, radio, outdoor, barters and third‑party platforms) to drive ticket sales, sponsorships and overall event revenue.
• Manage event guest lists, seating plans and on‑site guest acquisition processes.
• Oversee budgeting, live/online event marketing execution and vendor/sponsor liaison.
• Analyse campaign performance, produce weekly reports and adjust tactics to improve ROI.
• Build and maintain media partnerships that raise event awareness and ensure consistent brand identity across all assets.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong project‑management and deadline‑driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating internal teams, suppliers, sponsors and partners.
• Proactive problem‑solver with creativity and determination to handle on‑the‑day event challenges.
• Experience in managing both live and virtual events in a fast‑paced environment.
