Executive Assistant – India & Middle East

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking a high‑trust, hands‑on Executive Assistant to support senior leadership across India and the Middle East. The role is fast‑paced and requires meticulous attention to detail to keep leaders focused on strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, fast‑moving calendars across multiple time zones and coordinate scheduling for senior leaders.
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, acting as a trusted partner.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior executives to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with other EAs to align schedules, share context, and maintain cross‑functional coordination.
• Anticipate needs, manage follow‑ups, flag conflicts, and keep the right people aligned.
• Build scalable structures, processes, and systems for a rapidly growing AI company.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI tools and productivity tooling to improve quality and speed.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Personable, relationship‑builder trusted across the organisation.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel globally up to 40% of the time.

Required skills

• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Quick adoption of new systems and automation tooling.
