Executive Assistant

About the role

Marlarmyaing Agrochemical Company Limited is hiring an Executive Assistant. The role supports the Executive's day-to-day operations, handling schedules, documents and communications with discretion and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Executive's daily schedule, appointments, meetings and business activities
• Prepare and organize meeting agendas, reports, presentations and other business documents
• Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence and confidential information professionally
• Coordinate meetings, business trips, appointments and other activities on behalf of the Executive
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, clients, partners and external stakeholders
• Follow up on assigned tasks, projects and important deadlines
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Executive

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretary or a related field preferred
• At least 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
• Good written and spoken English communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion, work under pressure and stay detail-oriented

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
