About the role
The Executive Butler creates exceptional, memorable, and bespoke experiences for distinguished guests, acting as the primary point of contact for VIPs throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and coordinate personalized services, special requests, and arrivals/departures.
- Maintain room readiness, oversee seamless guest interactions, and collaborate with hotel departments.
- Handle confidential matters, provide expert local recommendations, and ensure high standards of professionalism and discretion.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D.; hospitality degree preferred.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or front‑office operations.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Exceptional guest service and relationship‑building.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, discretion, and organizational abilities.
