Executive Director, Corporate Banking - Dubai & NE

About the role

The Executive Director, Corporate Banking will lead a large portfolio of corporate clients across Dubai and the North-East region, driving revenue growth while maintaining high client satisfaction and credit quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial and market analysis to identify opportunities and risks for corporate clients.
• Originate new business across banking products, develop term sheets, and negotiate deals.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring cross‑selling and high returns.
• Collaborate with internal partners (risk, product, international banking) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, KYC, compliance, and credit review processes.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performance team, fostering a culture of ownership and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of banking experience, including 8+ years in senior team‑management roles.
• Deep knowledge of wholesale or investment banking and FAB’s product suite.
• Strong relationship‑management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyse financial data, model transactions and manage credit risk.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
