About the role

The Executive Personal Assistant & Fashion Coach provides comprehensive administrative, personal, and creative support to the Founder of 1XL L.L.C-FZ. This hybrid role blends high‑level executive assistance with fashion styling and design support, ensuring the Founder’s professional and brand image run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s daily calendar, international travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, briefing notes, and capture meeting minutes.
• Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence; draft business documents and reports.
• Maintain confidential filing systems, expense records, and reimbursements.
• Monitor strategic priorities, track cross‑departmental projects, and prepare progress reports.
• Provide wardrobe consultation, personal styling, and curate outfits for meetings, media appearances, events, and travel.
• Stay updated on global fashion trends, luxury brands, and seasonal collections through market research.
• Support fashion collection development by creating mood boards, design concepts, and coordinating fabric and trim sourcing.
