About the role
Vysta Paid Media Group is seeking a highly organized Executive Personal Assistant based in Dubai to support a senior executive with both personal and business responsibilities. This high‑trust position requires discretion, urgency, and the ability to manage a fast‑moving schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organize WhatsApp messages, identifying urgent items and ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Organize calendars, meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Handle urgent personal requests and time‑sensitive tasks.
- Support business administration and day‑to‑day coordination.
- Manage reservations, bookings, errands, and other personal logistics.
- Maintain priorities as schedules and needs change, handling sensitive information with complete discretion.
Required profile
- Currently based in Dubai.
- Highly organized with extreme attention to detail.
- Proactive, able to anticipate next steps and adapt to changing priorities.
- Responsive, dependable, and a clear communicator with strong follow‑through.
- Experienced in supporting an executive, founder, or senior leader.
- Comfortable managing both personal and professional responsibilities.
