Executive Recruitment Manager – Hybrid (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruitment Manager to lead the talent acquisition function for a prestigious financial services client in Abu Dhabi. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility while driving strategic hiring initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to design and execute the Group Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both national and expatriate talent.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes for professional and experienced staff.
• Provide HR metrics, reporting and continuous service improvement.
• Ensure adherence to legislative requirements, conflicts of interest policies and the client’s code of conduct.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive‑level recruitment within the financial services sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with HR leaders and business heads.
• Ability to translate market insights into effective employer branding strategies.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques (internet prospecting, networking, database searches).
• Experience managing recruitment agency partnerships.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance.
