Export Sales Executive - FMCG

About the role

Careers International is recruiting an Export Sales Executive for an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company based in Dubai. The role manages and drives the company's international sales efforts, covering market research, business development, deal closing, export coordination and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential international markets, analyse market trends, consumer preferences and the competitive landscape
• Develop strategies to enter new markets and expand in existing ones, and build relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals, and negotiate and close sales deals with international clients
• Coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery, manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
• Provide customer service to international clients, handling inquiries, complaints and feedback
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and take part in trade shows and exhibitions
• Prepare regular sales reports and market analyses for senior management and suggest improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage
• Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the FMCG sector, with a track record in exports and business development
• Familiarity with export processes and international trade regulations
• Ability to work independently and to lead a team
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
