EYFS Teacher for Academic Year 2027/2028

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for an outstanding EYFS Teacher to join its Abu Dhabi school for the 2027/2028 academic year. The successful candidate will deliver the English National Curriculum, raise standards and support all learners in a collaborative school community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement department policies that reflect the school’s vision and high standards of achievement.
• Analyse data to identify under‑achieving students and create targeted action plans.
• Design and regularly review schemes of work for all year groups, including provisions for SEN/POD, G&T and EAL learners.
• Monitor curriculum coverage, continuity and progression for high‑ability and special‑needs students.
• Lead and evaluate teaching quality, set expectations for staff, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage departmental resources, budgets and staffing in line with school policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum of three years’ experience teaching the UK curriculum.
• Proven track record of implementing effective strategies to raise standards.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
