Facade Project Manager – High‑Rise Buildings

About the role

White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Fabrication Division is seeking an experienced Facade Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of façade packages for high‑rise and VIP client projects in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing and handover while ensuring compliance with performance, quality, safety, schedule and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full façade package execution for high‑rise buildings.
• Develop project plans, method statements, ITPs and installation sequencing.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks and change control.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, main contractor and internal teams.
• Plan installation methods, site activities and ensure structural, thermal, weather and acoustic requirements are met.
• Oversee material procurement and factory fabrication quality.
• Supervise site installation teams, track daily/weekly progress and implement QA/QC checks.
• Monitor schedule, budget, variations and produce regular reports.
• Resolve site issues, interface problems and technical challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
• 8–15+ years of façade experience, including at least 5 years on high‑rise projects.
• Experience in GCC/Middle East high‑rise projects preferred.
• Proven delivery using Schüco façade systems.
• Strong leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams and stakeholder management.
• Excellent problem‑solving under site constraints.
