Factory Foreman – Joinery, Kitchens & Wardrobes

About the role

The Factory Foreman – Joinery, Kitchens & Wardrobes is a full‑time, on‑site position in Abu Dhabi overseeing daily factory operations for premium joinery, kitchen and wardrobe production.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise production teams, assign tasks and monitor workflow across carpentry and assembly lines.
• Coordinate the use of machinery and heavy equipment, conduct material and finished‑product checks, and enforce maintenance and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with design and project teams, resolve production issues, maintain documentation and support continuous improvement of factory processes.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills with experience leading production staff.
• Hands‑on experience with heavy equipment and factory machinery relevant to joinery, kitchens and wardrobes.
• Solid carpentry background, especially in joinery, cabinet making and wardrobe/kitchen assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production plans.
