Family Medicine Specialist – UAE Healthcare Facility

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Family Medicine Specialist to deliver comprehensive primary care services within a leading UAE healthcare facility. The role involves managing acute and chronic conditions, providing preventive health services, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare to patients of all age groups.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct preventive health assessments, screenings, and wellness consultations.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and other common illnesses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and ensure appropriate follow‑up.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Coordinate referrals and work collaboratively with specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and clinical standards.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine (MD, DNB, MRCGP, Arab Board, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of post‑specialization experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Patient‑centered approach and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
