Fashion Consultant – Michael Kors (Mall of the Emirates)

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant for Michael Kors at Mall of the Emirates, you will drive individual and collective sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will also support the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer initiatives in‑store.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships through an omni‑channel approach and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
• Promote the loyalty programme (MUSE) and ensure click‑and‑collect orders meet SLA requirements.
• Capture customer data in line with marketing requirements and support in‑store marketing events and activations.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards, SOP compliance and eNPS initiatives.
• Stay updated on brand social media campaigns and contribute input on store performance.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Eligibility for the Emiratisation programme.
