Fashion Designer – High-End Women’s Apparel Boutique

About the role

We are seeking a talented Fashion Designer to join our high‑end women’s apparel boutique in the UAE. The role focuses on creating luxury collections that reflect a sophisticated aesthetic and meet the expectations of a discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original seasonal collections for women’s luxury apparel.
• Create mood boards, fashion illustrations, design concepts and detailed technical specifications.
• Research international trends, fabrics, colours, silhouettes and embellishment techniques.
• Select premium fabrics, trims and materials suitable for high‑end garments.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, sample teams and suppliers to bring designs to life.
• Conduct fittings, adjust patterns and ensure superior fit and finish.
• Maintain high standards of quality, detailing and craftsmanship throughout the design process.
• Coordinate with production from concept development through final garment delivery.

Required profile

• NIFT graduate or equivalent qualification in Fashion Design.
• 3–4 years of experience in women’s apparel or luxury fashion design.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant women’s fashion collections.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, silhouettes, draping and finishing.

Required skills

• Fashion illustration and mood‑board creation.
• Technical drawing and specification development.
• Fabric selection and knowledge of premium trims.
• Collaboration with pattern makers and sample teams.
