Fashion Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, execution‑driven Marketing Specialist with a strong background in fashion, luxury or premium lifestyle brands. The role will focus on delivering high‑impact digital and social media campaigns, supporting e‑commerce initiatives and driving seasonal peak activations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day social media execution on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest, including planning, scheduling and publishing posts, stories, reels and short‑form videos.
• Coordinate content shoots, write captions, manage hashtags, influencer tagging and maintain publishing calendars.
• Support paid digital campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms, working with agencies or internal teams.
• Track social and digital performance, prepare reports and optimise content based on insights.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns (paid social, search, display, email) and manage brand presence on e‑commerce platforms, marketplaces and the brand website.
• Ensure product visuals, descriptions, banners and promotions are up‑to‑date and aligned with premium brand standards.
• Lead seasonal and peak‑period campaigns such as Ramadan/Eid collections, spring/summer and fall/winter launches, festive sales and limited‑edition drops.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on marketing experience in fashion, luxury or premium lifestyle sectors.
• Strong digital mindset, socially savvy and passionate about content execution and performance marketing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to maintain a consistent premium brand presence.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
