About the role

This function is to ensure exceptional dining experiences in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering a flawless dining experience and turning each guest into a happy fan of our restaurants.

Key responsibilities

Conduct all operational tasks in F&B service while living up to service standards and procedures.
Go the extra (s)mile where you can.
Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
