F&B Attendant – Waiter/Waitress

About the role

The F&B Attendant will deliver friendly, professional service to guests at Novotel World Trade Centre, handling orders, payments and supporting special events. The role requires adaptability, pro‑activity and teamwork in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders and communicate them to kitchen or bar staff.
• Serve meals and drinks accurately and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Assist in setting up dining rooms or banquet halls for events.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and upsell menu items.
• Process cash and electronic payments.
• Operate and maintain point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Support inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Participate in training, meetings and collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping and front‑desk teams.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
