About the role
As an F&B Captain at Swissotel Al Ghurair, you will be the face of exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. You will also support the outlet manager in daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise waiters and busboys, ensuring service standards are met.
- Maintain outlet set‑up, oversee mise en place, and manage beverage stock records.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate training with the Headwaiter or Outlet Manager.
Required profile
- Minimum 2‑3 years of hotel industry experience.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Ability to work under high pressure and perform physical tasks.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of the outlet’s food and beverage menu.
- Excellent customer‑relation skills.
