About the role
The Runner supports the service team by delivering food and beverages quickly, accurately and with proper presentation to guests. This role helps maintain service speed, table flow and operational efficiency during busy periods.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guest tables, ensuring correct presentation and garnishes.
- Assist waiters by maintaining service pace, clearing and resetting tables, and keeping service stations clean.
- Communicate with kitchen, bar and service teams, flagging any delays or issues to senior staff.
- Follow hygiene, safety and service procedures, and support opening and closing duties.
Required profile
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high‑volume environment.
- Strong teamwork attitude and physical stamina.
