About the role
This position is focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests in a highly empowered environment. As a brand ambassador, you will guide guests through every step of their visit, ensuring a flawless and memorable service from welcome to farewell.
Key responsibilities
- Execute all operational tasks in food‑and‑beverage service while adhering to brand standards and procedures.
- Proactively address guest needs, prevent complaints, and manage service recovery when required.
- Collaborate with fellow team members, maintaining clear communication centered on the guest’s interests.
- Consistently go the extra mile to turn guests into loyal fans of the restaurant.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
