F&B Service Expert – Guest Service Role

About the role

As an F&B Service Expert at Aloft Abu Dhabi you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service from the moment they are seated until they leave. The role blends table setting, communication with the kitchen, and maintaining clean work areas to ensure every meal feels part of a unique hospitality journey. You will work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow and uphold Aloft’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, serve guests, and interact courteously throughout the dining experience.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and dining spaces.
• Follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and ensure a safe workplace.
• Adhere to uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.
• Assist with menu presentation and verify information visually.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
