About the role
The Guest Service Expert (Hostess) will create memorable dining experiences for guests at an all‑day restaurant within Dubai Parks & Resorts. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well‑served throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, maintain clean work areas, and manage dining supplies.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen, serve food and beverages, and handle guest interactions.
- Move, lift and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending and reaching.
- Follow safety, quality, uniform and appearance standards at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
