About the role
The Ritz-Carlton in Dubai is seeking a Guest Service Expert to deliver memorable food and beverage experiences. In this role you will ensure high standards of service, safety, and quality while interacting directly with guests.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies, and ensure all service stations are stocked.
- Follow safety and quality standards, including proper handling of food, beverages, and equipment.
- Manage menu information, verify orders, and handle transactions as part of the guest experience.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and navigate varied surfaces safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Less than one year of related food and beverage service experience; no supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks as described.
