About the role

The Ritz-Carlton in Dubai is seeking a Guest Service Expert to deliver memorable food and beverage experiences. In this role you will ensure high standards of service, safety, and quality while interacting directly with guests.

Key responsibilities

Set and arrange tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies, and ensure all service stations are stocked.
Follow safety and quality standards, including proper handling of food, beverages, and equipment.
Manage menu information, verify orders, and handle transactions as part of the guest experience.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and navigate varied surfaces safely.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Less than one year of related food and beverage service experience; no supervisory experience required.
Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks as described.
