About the role
The Guest Service Expert at the Pool Bar creates memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring service excellence from setting tables to delivering food and drinks. This role involves active interaction with guests, the kitchen, and the work environment to maintain high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
- Manage menu information, verify items, and handle transactions accurately.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking on uneven surfaces, and lifting objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
