About the role
Join our team as a Guest Service Expert at the pool bar, where you will create memorable food and beverage experiences for guests. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring every interaction enhances the overall guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Interact with guests, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Clean and maintain work areas, supplies, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
- Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces while standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
