F&B Service Expert – Room Service

About the role

Join Le Méridien’s vibrant Food & Beverage team as a Service Expert delivering memorable room‑service experiences for guests in Dubai. You will be the face of hospitality, ensuring every meal is served with precision, warmth, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver room‑service orders, setting tables and presenting meals according to brand standards.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other back‑of‑house teams to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Interact with guests, respond to special requests, and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and navigating varied surfaces safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role.
